How payment works, what to bring, and the questions to ask at your consultation.

Your aligners are made from a scan of your teeth to follow your plan. They can’t be resized, resold or worn by anyone else — so payment is settled before they go into production.

Heads-up: payment terms are set by your clinic, not chosen by you. Expect one of these:

Before your visit

Walk into the clinic already knowing the answers.

Bring or prepare

What you’d like to change about your smile — photos help.
Your dental and medical history, and any medicines you take.
Recent dental X-rays, if you have them.
Expect a check of your gums and any fillings first — healthy teeth come before moving teeth.

Questions to ask your clinic

How long will my treatment take, and how many aligners?
Will I need IPR or attachments — and on which teeth?
What’s the full price, and what does it include (check-ins, extra aligners, retainers)?
What are your payment terms — deposit then balance, or full payment upfront?
